For The Design Of The Governance Collaboratory, A Project To Strengthen Political Accountability

Overview
This planning grant for the Governance Collaboratory would support a new partnership between the Center on Democracy, Development, and the Rule of Law and Stanford's d.school, the university’s hub for innovators and teaching of human-centered design. The Collaboratory would identify innovators from developing countries and help them explore, prototype, refine, and evaluate governance solutions that use design approaches and incorporate new technologies to strengthen political accountability.
