Securing America’s Future Energy (SAFE) Foundation develops and advocates for policies that improve America’s energy security by curtailing dependence on oil and promoting use of domestic energy resources. This grant supports the Minerals Investment Network for Vital Energy Security and Transition, or MINVEST, a public-private network that enables private organizations to act as off-takers or investors in critical mineral projects, as well as government investment agencies and foreign ministries.
