Grants to this Grantee
for Minerals Investment Network for Vital Energy Security and Transition
Securing Americas Future Energy (SAFE) Foundation develops and advocates for policies that improve Americas energy security by curtailing dependence on oil and promoting use of domestic energy resources. This grant supports the Minerals Investment Network for Vital Energy Security and Transition, or MINVEST, a public-private network that enables private organizations to act as off-takers or investors in critical mineral projects, as well as government investment agencies and foreign ministries. The overarching goal for SAFE Foundation through this work is to ensure secure, sustainable, transparent, and ethical supply chains needed for the transition to an electrified transportation future for the United States and its allies. (Substrategy: Transition Minerals)
for the DRC-Zambia Battery Council workshop series
Securing Americas Future Energy Foundation develops and advocates for policies that improve Americas energy security by curtailing dependence on oil and promoting use of domestic energy resources. This grant sponsors the foundations workshop series with the U.S.-Congolese-Zambian battery council. The workshop series will aim to attract diverse private sources of investment to the region, create actionable solutions to enforce more responsible mining practices, and support the development of bankable projects.
