Overview
One of the Bay Area’s leading regional orchestras, Santa Rosa Symphony is the resident orchestra of the Green Music Center. Its inaugural season is estimated to reach 50,000 through a seven, triple-concert series; three new family concerts; and youth ensemble concerts. An additional 25,000 people participate each year through four Pops concerts at the Wells Fargo Center for the Arts and a suite of education programs for youth. With renewed support, the Santa Rosa Symphony would develop new audiences, launch an intensive music education program for elementary school students, and continue its core programs while maintaining a balanced budget, a goal it has achieved for the past nine years.

Santa Rosa Symphony is a regional orchestra based in Sonoma County, California. It reaches approximately 70,000 people each year through classical concert presentations at Green Music Center, where it is the resident orchestra, as well as performances for families and concerts featuring popular music. In addition, its education programs provide arts exposure and musical training to 7,000 children and teens annually, through in-school concerts, after-school instrument lessons, and youth chamber and orchestra ensembles.
