Overview
San Jose Multicultural Artists Guild’s mission is to serve communities by producing and presenting cross-cultural arts programming that reflects the experiences of African Americans, women, and Chicanos/Latinos. The Guild reaches highly diverse audiences of more than 30,000 people through three programs: a theater program that presents a major production at the Mexican Heritage Plaza; a community arts program that offers performances and workshops at community venues throughout Silicon Valley; and an arts education program that provides in-school, after-school, and summer programs. Renewed support will enable the organization to continue to offer meaningful programs to the communities it serves.
