for strategic planning
This OE grant will help SFPA revisit and refresh their strategic plan, mission and vision to reflect the changes currently facing SF, especially in terms of social equity and inclusion and the role these issues play in the development and stewardship of existing and new park lands. This comprehensive strategic planning process will include diversity and inclusion trainings for staff members and the board.
