This renewal grant will enable the Rockwood Leadership Institute to build on a previous workshop for transparency leaders in Mexico. Rockwood will translate new material and adapt different modules from their flagship Art of Leadership workshop to develop a two-day workshop for grantee organizations in Mexico. This will address issues of high turnover and burnout, and strengthen collective action.
