Overview
The Climate Champions is a program of the Climate Emergency Collaboration Group, a fiscally sponsored project of Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors. This grant will sustain the Climate Champions as they scale up over the next two years and help to continue the Climate Champions work on multiple global campaigns: Race to Zero, Race to Resilience, and the Glasgow Finance Alliance for Net Zero. The funds will help to raise ambition and accelerate action among non-state actors (businesses, investors, cities, regions, civil society, etc.), which will in turn encourage countries to accelerate change in order to meet the goals of the Paris agreement. (Substrategy: Multilateral)

Grants to this Grantee
for the Climate Emergency Collaboration Group
This supplemental grant supports the Climate Emergency Collaboration Group, a collaborative platform to bring together donors and leaders from the field to coordinate strategies, prioritize gaps, and deploy funds rapidly, based on the greatest need, in the lead-up to COP26. (Substrategy: Multilateral)
for the Collaborative for Gender + Reproductive Equity judicial work to advance reproductive equity
This grant will support a project to work through state courts to better support gender, reproductive, and racial equity and advance a more inclusive democracy. The project will provide grants to state-based organizations to conduct nonpartisan state-level pipeline, education, and mobilization work. (Strategy: U.S. Reproductive Equity)
for Africa No Filter with a focus on sexual reproductive health rights and gender equality
Africa No Filter (ANF) aims to shift harmful narratives within and about Africa. Through this donor collaborative, ANF envisions a world where the prevailing narratives about Africa are reflective of a dynamic and evolving continent. This grant to Rockefeller Philanthropic Advisors will enable ANF to strengthen its existing focal areas and launch a new campaign to shift harmful narratives about gender and sexual and reproductive health and rights through its Storify Africa program. (Strategy: Global Reproductive Equity)
