Overview
Fund for Shared Insight is a funder collaborative devoted to creating pathways for foundations to listen and respond to the people and communities at the heart of their work. Since its launch in 2014, Shared Insight has grown to include 10 core funding partners, six “sidecar” contributors, and 124 additional Listen4Good co-funders; it has provided $33 million in funding to 570 organizations. An ongoing evaluation by ORS Impact continues to show that Shared Insight has strengthened nonprofit feedback practice and influenced the dialogue in the sector about the power of feedback to inform and improve the work of nonprofits and funders. This grant provides annual program support to Shared Insight.

Grants to this Grantee
for the Climate Champions Team
The mission of Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is to accelerate philanthropy in pursuit of a just world. The Climate Champions Team is a fiscally sponsored project of Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors. This grant will sustain Climate Champions as they continue their work on multiple global campaigns to implement emissions reductions and climate resilience: Race to Zero, Race to Resilience, and the Glasgow Financial Alliance for Net Zero. The funds will help to raise ambition and accelerate action among non-state actors (businesses, investors, cities, regions, civil society, etc.), which will, in turn, encourage countries to accelerate change in order to meet the goals of the Paris Agreement.
for support of Pop Culture Collaborative's Becoming America Fund
The Pop Culture Collaborative, a fiscally sponsored project of Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors, is a philanthropic resource and funder learning community working to transform the narrative landscape in America around people of color, immigrants, refugees, Muslims, and Indigenous peoples, especially those who are women, queer, transgender, and/or disabled. The collaborative supports the growth of the pop culture for social change field through four interconnected program areas: grantmaking, convening and networking, narrative design, and philanthropic learning. This grant will support its Becoming America Fund.
for Just Transition Fund’s organizational assessment
The Just Transition Fund, a fiscally sponsored project of Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors, supports local leaders in creating economic opportunities for communities hardest hit by coal’s decline.
