The Resources Legacy Fund’s Western Energy Project (WEP) works to protect treasured landscapes in the American West by ensuring that development of oil and gas on federal public lands is done in a responsible manner. WEP empowers diverse organizations to preserve ecologically and culturally important areas; support the adoption of commonsense protections for water, air, land, and wildlife; and safeguard opportunities for Americans to enjoy public lands across the Intermountain West.
