Overview
Resources Legacy Fund’s Conservation Litigation project works with a network of expert academics and partner organizations to advance legal scholarship and analysis in support of conservation of public lands and water and related wildlife policies. The project organizes and facilitates the filing, by academics, of comments in administrative proceedings and amicus briefs in critical litigation. The project raises the profile of legal issues related to public lands for both legal and general audiences. (Western Conservation Substrategy: Defend Public Lands.)
