Overview
This OE grant will fund a retreat for woman staff members working on public lands issues to have the opportunity to develop and expand their network, as well learn as how to work more effectively as a team and how to cope with the ongoing pressures associated with defending public land policies. The grant will cover the facilitator, retreat fee and transportation for about 20-25 participants. As part of this program, each participant will leave the retreat with a long-term strategy for sustainability, with ongoing support calls and check ins.

for Bear Ears Inter-Tribal Coalition communications
This Organizational Effectiveness grant supports the communications needs of the Bears Ears Inter-Tribal Coalition, for which the Resources Legacy Fund serves as fiscal sponsor. Leaders from five tribes founded the coalition in 2015, representing a historic consortium of sovereign tribal nations united in the effort to conserve the Bears Ears cultural landscape. for wildfire strategies
Resources Legacy Fund works for the conservation of land, ocean, and water resources; climate change resilience; and conservation funding and policies that benefit all communities.
