Overview
Res Non Verba, also known as Wingu, is a non-profit organization based in Argentina, which specializes in providing services to other non-profit organizations on how to make better use of technology to improve the impact of their work. Their model for capacity building combined with the development of tailored technological solutions is in demand by organizations throughout Latin America, including Mexico. This grant would provide the funds necessary for Wingu to engage in a scoping exercise, using a set of metrics they have defined to ensure that their model is replicable outside of Argentina, to determine if there is sufficient demand for their services to open an office in Mexico, and train Mexican programmers to provide services based on the Wingu model to the community of non-profit organizations seeking to improve public policy in Mexico.
