Overview
The Renewable Northwest Project promotes renewable energy in northwestern states, including Washington, Oregon, and Montana. With Hewlett Foundation support, the Project will work with non-traditional allies in Montana to build state support for the Environmental Protection Agency's Clean Power Plan. The Project will also facilitate greater coordination among the three states in exploring regional compliance opportunities.
