RAND Corporation

For A Project To Develop An Analytical Framework For Cybersecurity

A grant to the RAND Corporation would support the ongoing development of a conceptual framework that explains the complex and interconnected problems in the cybersecurity field including legal, regulatory, market and social constructs. This framework would allow those in the private sector, government, academia, and computer users to understand how their needs and perspectives fit into a broader whole.
