Grants to this Grantee
for general operating support
Provide supports abortion referrals training work that integrates and enhances abortion referrals in primary health care and social service sites serving women. The training program offers individual providers the skills and mindset to refer women in need for abortion and helps create the site- and systems-level conditions that destigmatize abortion services and situates them as part of the health and social service ecosystem. (Substrategy: Service Delivery)
for conceptualizing and evaluating culture change around abortion
This grant will support Provide to establish a learning community to review existing literature on interventions that change the cultural narratives on divisive social issues, including abortion, and the methods that have been applied to evaluate these. This examination will inform the development of a framework for evaluating culture change work on abortion.
