for support of PPFA’s International Program
The International Program of Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) provides reproductive health services and advocacy in Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean. PPFA works in ten developing countries, where it provides its NGO partners funding and technical assistance to develop effective programs and build sustainable organizations within the movement for reproductive health and rights. A separate general operating support grant to PPFA is also recommended on this docket.
for support of PPFA’s International Program
Planned Parenthood Federation of America’s international program, Planned Parenthood Global, forms partnerships with nongovernmental organizations and provides funding and technical assistance for reproductive health advocacy, education, and services. This grant would support Planned Parenthood Global’s assessment how to expand to additional countries in West Africa, particularly Francophone countries.
