Working with American Institutes for Research, Pivot is partnering with the Los Angeles, Pasadena, and Twin Rivers school districts to implement a new funding model designed to (1) develop more equitable, transparent strategies for allocating resources to schools; (2) link those strategies to systems encouraging innovation and efficiency; and (3) strengthen accountability for student outcomes. Project results will provide evidence to help federal, state, and local policymakers and the public take action to reform education funding systems.
