Overview
Pivot Learning partners with education leaders at all levels to provide them with support in the areas of leadership development, teaching and learning, and equitable education spending. This organizational effectiveness grant supports their internal work to deepen awareness, knowledge, skill, and capacity about educational equity. Helping our grantees become more aware, prepared and competent around internal issues of equity will ensure that their field-focused work - and the field of education more broadly - reflects the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Pivot Learning works with schools and school districts to design and implement solutions to achieve educational justice for all students. Pivot works with school systems to provide proactive support for students based on their learning and social and emotional needs, so all students have the opportunity to succeed. This is a general operating support grant. (Substrategy: District Deep Dives and Networks)

Pivot Learning Partner’s mission is to partner with educators to design and implement solutions to their greatest challenges to achieve educational justice. Their belief is that in order to achieve real improvement in student outcomes, they must collaborate with educators to design agile solutions, measure their effectiveness and potential for sustainability and scalability, and deploy them. This grant will support the development of a revised strategic business development plan.
