Overview
The Giving Practice is a national consulting team of Philanthropy Northwest. The Giving Practice’s senior partner, Jan Jaffe, recently released a new guide for foundation program staff entitled, "Philanthropy’s Reflective Practices," to help them better handle dilemmas and challenging situations. This grant will support The Giving Practice to (a) keep the guide alive and dynamic now that it has been released; (b) provide targeted training to foundations and infrastructure organizations, and (c) create a community of practice among foundation staff to test, learn, and share.
