Overview
Old First Concerts presents a diverse array of contemporary and classical chamber, jazz and world music, at modest prices. Showcasing professional, emerging, and mid-career artists and ensembles in an acoustically superb setting, the organization provides artists with the unique opportunity to create their own performance repertoire. Its year-round calendar of more than sixty concerts, performed by 300 artists, reaches more than 5,000 audience members annually at Old First Church. The organization is currently in the midst of its first-ever formal strategic planning process, and renewal support would enable it to implement strategies to increase audiences and revenue, as well as build a cash reserve.
