Overview
This grant supports NRDC’s growing clean energy programs in China, to help China expedite the peaking of its domestic and outbound carbon emissions, reach carbon neutrality and adapt to climate change. With China’s pledge to peak carbon emissions before 2030 and reach carbon neutrality by 2060, its central and provincial governments have mobilized to develop policies and plans to achieve these bold objectives, which bodes well for the global fight against climate change.
