Overview
The Tech Talent Project is a nonpartisan fiscally sponsored project of the New Venture Fund. Its mission is to increase the ability of the U.S. government to recruit and retain modern technical leaders in order to achieve critical economic, societal, and human outcomes. Tech Talent operates as a nonprofit recruiting and advisory group that collaborates closely with government agencies to identify and document critical needs; advises on best practices; and recruits, vets, and matches a diverse, highly qualified pool of technical leaders that have relevant technical skills and a desire to serve in government. This supplemental grant will continue to support the project’s work, including new opportunities, for a longer period.
