Overview
Native American Health Center is a federally qualified health center that provides resources and services that improve the health and well-being of the San Francisco Bay Area’s urban Native population and other underserved communities. The organization provides linguistically and culturally diverse medical, dental, behavioral health, and social services, all of which integrate traditional healing practices and cultural programs. This grant will support the Native American Health Center’s community wellness programs and cultural expansion projects, which support cultural and economic self-determination and advance the Performing Arts Program’s strategic framework.
