Grants to this Grantee
for building funding mechanisms on abortionfinder.org/navigate.org
This grant will support Power to Decide to explore whether it is feasible and desirable to add an abortion funding mechanism to its abortionfinder.org or patient navigator platforms. Abortion seekers and the people who help them navigate how to access abortion use these sites to identify providers, transportation options, and financial support. Currently, financial assistance is not available directly through the sites. This project is responding to expressed interest in streamlining the process for abortion seekers by making funding available through these sites. (Strategy: U.S. Reproductive Equity)
for general operating support

Power to Decide, also known as the National Campaign to Prevent Teen and Unplanned Pregnancy, provides trusted sources of information and research-based solutions related to unplanned pregnancy, contraception, healthy relationships, and other topics via its websites, the press, entertainment industry, and key influencers. Power to Decide works to advance policies that guarantee equitable access to reproductive health information and services, and is currently expanding efforts to promote holistic reproductive well-being both nationally and locally through an initiative that is building capacity across multiple health and social sectors to improve reproductive health.
