The National Association of Latino Arts and Cultures (NALAC) is national service organization that builds the artistic and professional capacity of Latinx artists and arts organizations through grants, leadership training, and professional development opportunities. The Intercultural Leadership Institute is a collaborative project of Alternate ROOTS, First Peoples Fund, the PA’I Foundation and NALAC, that provides a personal and leadership development program for 30 artists, culture bearers, and other arts professionals each year.
