Monument Impact provides learning and advocacy opportunities to immigrant and low-income community members in Contra Costa County, California. Its programs support culturally competent community engagement, health and well-being, emergency relief, and workforce development. Its arts and cultural programs foster engagement across all of its issue areas and programs. The organization as a whole engages over 13,000 community members each year. In 2023, it provided 10,000 individuals with information about the county’s free health program, enrolling more than 500 people for primary health care services. Support for Monument Impact advances the Performing Arts Program’s overall strategic framework by supporting community-based social infrastructure that advances the relationship between the performing arts and the vibrancy and well-being of Bay Area communities.
