Overview
Local Progress (LP) supports, connects, and unites local elected officials to help them accelerate and advance issue-driven campaigns grounded in economic and racial justice, as well as participatory government. LP is a national network of over 1,300 members who come together in coalition with community partners to collaboratively shift power dynamics and policy outcomes at the city, state, and national level. Local Progress is working with its members and partners to develop and implement strategies for equitable federal investment in municipalities and to help cultivate a culture that values shared success and prosperity.
