LifeMoves is committed to ending the cycle of homelessness for families and individuals in Santa Clara and San Mateo counties. As the largest of its kind in the region, the organization operates 17 facilities across Silicon Valley, providing emergency, interim, and permanent supportive housing to the area’s most vulnerable citizens. This grant will support the New Haven Inn, which provides specialized support services and safe housing for LBGTQ+ individuals in San Jose and Santa Clara County, and is the second shelter of its kind in the nation.
