Grants to this Grantee
for developing digital media literacy skills and engagement among teachers and students
KQED is a public media organization dedicated to providing people with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions, convening community dialogue, and helping students and teachers thrive in 21st century classrooms. KQED seeks to better understand how to use OER to build a media literacy ecosystem so that students and teachers acquire skills that strengthen deeper learning and civic participation. This work will support the development of standards-aligned OER for teachers and students as well as research on OER effectiveness.
