Grants to this Grantee
for general operating support
The Internationals Network provides quality education for immigrants and refugees by growing and sustaining a network of innovative schools and by supporting school districts and educators serving multilingual learners. Internationals Network designs, develops, and supports schools and programs for recently arrived immigrants and refugees. Through coaching, conferences, institutes, and professional development offerings, Internationals Network seeks to stimulate the very core principles they advocate for in classrooms and schools. This is a general operating support grant. (Substrategy: District Deep Dives and Networks)
for identifying, cultivating, and showcasing exemplary schools to advance deeper learning
This is one of ten grants to members of the Deeper Learning Network to showcase exemplary schools, nurture the deeper learning movement, prepare for school site visits by decision makers, and integrate Common Core standards into their curricula.
for a cost-effective replication of an instructional strategy for English Language Learners
This grant will provide matching funds to support the Internationals Network for Public School's i3 development grant for Project RISE: Realizing Internationals Supports for English Language Learners. The proposed project will enable them to implement their instructional and structural strategies in two schools with large ELL populations to ensure they benefit from the Common Core State Standards implementation.
