Overview
This grant will support the International Women’s Health Coalition (IWHC) to institutionalize its newly identified organizational values, which include diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). With this grant, IWHC will begin operationalizing DEI across the organization through staff trainings, leadership coaching, diversifying its senior management team, and cultivating a culture of inclusion and belonging. Key insights from these DEI activities will inform the development of IWHC’s new five-year strategic plan.

Grants to this Grantee
for the continued support of diversity, equity, and inclusion work
This grant will support the International Women’s Health Coalition (IWHC) to institutionalize diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as a core value in its organizational culture and external advocacy, grantmaking, and movement building. IWHC has centered DEI in its new strategic plan goals. With this grant, IWHC will embark on a second phase of DEI work, which includes establishing a shared language and rationale for DEI within the organization, creating an action plan to operationalize DEI; and designing a learning journey to build the DEI capacity of its staff and board members.
