Integrity Action works to support citizen feedback reported on an open platform on government and donor projects, and help citizens work together with responsible authorities to solve problems. Integrity Action uses data from its online platform, DevelopmentCheck, to learn whether this type of constructive engagement contributes to timely resolution of these problems. Integrity Action seeks to learn if open citizen feedback in turn leads to changes in incentives, rules, policies, norms, and behaviors that increase public integrity.
