Heart of the Rockies is a partnership of 22 independent local, regional, and national land trusts and conservancies, working collaboratively with communities and landowners to advance private land conservation in the Rocky Mountain West. This grant supports their ability to collaborate with researchers from North Arizona University to study wildlife corridors in the U.S. and internationally.
