This will improve their ability to diversify and improve the sustainability of our sources of funding. The consultancy will help the organization to learn about, establish and utilize more effective systems and processes to identify funders, cultivate relationships with prospects, solicit a broader set of funders and steward funder relationships. The consultancy will produce a detailed development assessment, a 12-month development workplan, and related coaching and advising of GI staff.
