Overview
The Global Forum on Cyber Expertise (GFCE) is a diverse multistakeholder community focused on strengthening international cyber capacity building by connecting needs, resources, and expertise. The GFCE will continue strengthening its institutional capacity by fulfilling its administrative and facilitative duties, thereby supporting the global coordination of cyber capacity building. This grant is aligned to all three Cyber Initiative goals, as it (1) contributes to the capacity of the GFCE to develop and deliver capacity-building solutions as defined by the community; (2) improves the ability of the GFCE to provide employment opportunities, hire and train competent staff, thereby building the cyber talent pipeline; and (3) increases the effectiveness of the GFCE in providing public access to practical knowledge.
