for a project to promote air quality and mobility policies in the Valley of Toluca
The goal of this recommended grant is to support Tláloc’s advocacy efforts to promote better air quality in Toluca City, which is part of the Mexico City Metropolitan Area. Tláloc advocates for three strategy solutions: adoption of air quality management plans; improvement of the environmental monitoring network; and development of mobility policies that promote high-quality public transportation. One of the results expected is greater coordination between the Federal District and Mexico State Government on air quality management.
