Public Matters, a fiscally sponsored project of Fulcrum Arts, works at the intersection of art and civic engagement. It uses artistic practices to help transform communities by creatively confronting complex issues, such as traffic safety and cultural invisibility. Its Urban Futures Lab program prepares young leaders of color to develop creative and civic-minded careers through a two-year paid fellowship and mentorship program.
