The mission of the Foundation Financial Officers Group (FFOG) is to facilitate opportunities for the exchange of information and ideas and to encourage networking among its members to further their development as financial and investment leaders and foundation officers. FFOG is the only dedicated professional network for the highest level financial and investment positions at the largest foundations in the U.S. and abroad. FFOG is investing in its commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion by developing channels of connection for the sharing of information and experiences among FFOG members; operationalizing DEI-centered policies in FFOG’s governance, content, and member engagement; accessing leading experts in this space; and, exploring FFOG’s role in supporting DEI values as a membership organization serving the philanthropic sector.

Foundation Financial Officers Group (FFOG) is the only dedicated professional network for the highest level financial and investment positions at the largest foundations in the U.S. and abroad. FFOG’s mission is to facilitate opportunities for the exchange of information and ideas, and to encourage networking, among its members to further their development as financial and investment leaders and foundation officers. Formed in 2019, FFOG’s DEI Task Force has focused on sharing information and holding space for members to talk about DEI efforts within their foundations. FFOG will also be seeking to partner with one or more consultants to help confirm its assumptions about FFOG member needs in this space, and to ask the right questions about its role in supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion as a membership organization serving the philanthropic sector.
