Overview
Fix the Court is a national, nonpartisan organization that advocates for nonideological “fixes” that would make the federal courts, and primarily the Supreme Court, more open and more accountable to the American people. The organization petitions the courts to livestream their hearings online, researches judges’ and justices’ conflicts of interest to ensure they’re not biased when hearing cases, and educates the public as to why reforms like stronger judicial ethics and disclosure rules are critical for maintaining faith in the third branch. Fix the Court works with various nonprofit, academic, and government partners to carry out its work. This grant will provide general operating support.
