for general operating support
The Faith & Politics Institute seeks to inspire the nation’s political leaders by bringing them together around their shared values and commitment to public service in order to advance an effective democracy. FPI promotes a three-point model of transformational leadership and relationship cultivation that includes opportunities for reflection, dialogue, and other experiences for elected and appointed political leaders and senior staff. In working with political leaders, FPI strives to move from ideological, racial, values-based, regional, and class divisions and the exploitation of these divides in politics to reflection, dialogue and reconciliation, and from bitter partisanship to civil, constructive engagement.
