Overview
This project seeks to achieve buy-in from key European NGOs for an industrial decarbonization strategy that is built around carbon capture. The European Climate Foundation will work with stakeholders to develop a governing consensus for the deployment of carbon capture and the accompanying infrastructure. Key stakeholders will include major E.U. climate NGOs; representatives from the iron, steel, cement, and chemical industries; national governments; and labor unions.
