The students DreamCatchers works with are primarily Latino, African American, and Pacific Islander. Almost all live in households where no parent holds a college degree. This grant will support the hiring of professional consultants to evaluate the relevance, quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of the DreamCatchers middle school after-school tutoring program, in order to highlight positive program features and improve practices.
