This Organizational Effectiveness (OE) grant to Deutsche Stiftung Weltbevoelkerung (DSW) will support an external scan of the policy and program environment on sexual and reproductive health and rights in Kenya to identify key advocacy entry points and opportunities. The information will be used to develop an advocacy strategy for DSW's Kenya office. The consultant engaged for the OE project will also help develop tools and processes so that DSW's country offices in Ethiopia, Tanzania, and Uganda can also conduct similar external scans and develop advocacy strategies. Strengthening the advocacy capacity of its country offices is one of DSW's priorities as it implements the new strategic plan.
