Overview
Napa Valley Community Foundation is a young foundation with an asset base of $21 million, focused on developing donor-supported discretionary grantmaking programs to serve Napa County. Its Arts Fund was the first of its Community Impact Funds, and seeks to engage donors to support Napa Valley’s arts and culture sector. The Foundation has identified the need for a strong county arts council to serve the diverse arts community. An Organizational Effectiveness grant will supplement the Foundation’s efforts to build the capacity of Arts Council Napa Valley (a Hewlett grantee) to better deliver services and support to the region’s arts and culture community, focusing on building leadership, infrastructure and fundraising capacity.
