Communications Consortium Media Center

This Organizational Effectiveness (OE) grant would support the Communications Consortium Media Center (CCMC) to plan the organization's future. The policy environment and communications technology have changed dramatically since CCMC's founding in 1988. The founding partners are approaching retirement, and wish to leave the organization in a strong position for the future. A consultant will work with CCMC's staff and Board to develop options to restructure CCMC as a flexible and responsive organization; propose a viable financial and operating management system; and refresh CCMC's strategic plan with timelines for a leadership transition.
