The Center for Health and Gender Equity (CHANGE) ensures that U.S. foreign policies and programs promote women’s and girls’ sexual and reproductive health within a human rights framework. With these funds, CHANGE seeks to capitalize on the opportunity that the XIX International AIDS Conference —AIDS 2012— in Washington, D.C., July 22-27, 2012, presents for strengthening a growing advocacy movement for women’s human rights in HIV/AIDS that can result in critical and sustained impact for women.
