Grants to this Grantee
for general operating support
The Center for Applied Environmental Law and Policy furthers innovation in environmental law and policy so that it can best serve its purpose: protecting individuals, communities, and natural systems from environmental threats and making the often-hidden costs of environmental harms visible and salient. The center serves as a nexus for integrating the technical and legal work on policies that can drive reductions of GHGs and other pollutants through regulations. Once final regulations are published, it also works to defend them in the courts. (Substrategy: U.S. National Policy)
