Overview
Catholic Rural Life is the fiscal sponsor of the Catholic Climate Covenant. With support from the Hewlett Foundation, the Catholic Climate Covenant will work with its broad network of Catholic institutions, grassroots Catholic congregants, and prominent cardinals and bishops to amplify the papal encyclical on climate change. The Catholic Climate Covenant will organize a series of media events leading up to the Pope's visit to the United States in September and the United Nation's Conference of the Parties climate negotiations in Paris in December.
