Overview
CARE works around the globe to save lives, defeat poverty and achieve social justice. This grant to CARE will support the CARE West Africa regional offices to advance more inclusive organizational culture and practice within country offices through creation of space for younger and lower level staff of various geographies and ethnicities to actively contribute to planning and decision-making.
